Well, we ALMOST got our first win this past weekend. Mike raced so hard and held the lead for the entire second half of the race until the very last lap...so close! He said it was the most intense race he has ever been in. We truly have never been disappointed with 2nd place, but it was definitely a let down when he was so close to winning his first race and it was taken away. We will get 'em next time!Unfortunately, Jeff didn't come out of the race as lucky. He was involved in a race ending wreck and had to be towed off. Hopefully his car will be up and running again in the next couple of weeks.
After the race we headed down to PIR to watch Rob race on Sunday...very exciting. He took the lead right off the start but spun out in the first turn. It was fun to watch him fly by everybody after that. Think he ended up with 4th place.
